At the beginning of the ceremony, Mr. Meng, Director of the Human Resources Department, systematically interpreted the core operating system of Leju Academy. Starting from the purpose of establishing the academy, he clarified the four core principles of "mandatory drive + quality orientation + credit incentives + cultural shaping", enabling all employees to clearly understand the participation methods, growth paths, and incentive mechanisms, thus laying a solid institutional foundation for the orderly operation of the academy. Then, in the warm atmosphere of the countdown by the whole audience, the main leaders of the group and heads of various departments jointly took the stage to officially inaugurate "GDLeju Academy".
After the inauguration, Mr. Bai, an outstanding representative from the frontline of business, shared his practical experience from customer selection, trust establishment to final transaction under the theme of "Customer Development for a Certain Bureau". The content closely adhered to the requirements of "having details and granularity", winning the careful listening and active recording of employees both online and offline. Mr.Zhou, General Manager of the Steel Sector, then made professional comments, emphasizing that case sharing must be derived from actual combat and empty talk should be rejected.
Finally, Mr.Feng, General Manager of the Group, delivered a concluding speech.
